We recommend placing your order as soon as possible, for more bespoke designs a lead time of 2-3 weeks is preferable, and at a minimum of 7 days to ensure we can accommodate your preferences!
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot give our customers a 100% guarantee that our products are totally gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, or vegan, as all goods are prepared in the same kitchen.
Yes, we offer delivery for an additional fee beginning at £5. The delivery fee may vary depending on the distance to the venue and complexity of the delivery.
When transporting our cakes, we recommend placing the box on a flat surface, ensuring it is secure and won't slide around during the journey. Take care to avoid sudden stops or sharp turns to prevent the cake from shifting and potentially getting damaged. If possible, place the cake box on the floor of the car or in the boot rather than on a seat to minimize movement. For larger and more delicate cakes, we offer delivery services to ensure safe and professional transportation. If you are bringing your cake to a venue, we recommend keeping it very cool in a cold room or a fridge before you make your trip.
Cakes can last for up to 4-5 days at room temperature. Cakes made with buttercream fillings will soften at room temperature so keep the cake in a cool place to ensure it maintains its structure. If you'd like to extend the shelf life, our cakes can also be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Feel free to consult with us about what size of cake would best suit your needs; some people love to have leftovers and others like it all to be eaten at the event! We offer cakes in 4 sizes;
small 12-15 servings, medium 20-25 servings, large 30-35 servings, and tiered at 40+ servings. You can cut your cake like a grid for more servings, or like a pie for less servings and bigger slices.
